My four-year old son is DY-ing for a pair of Crocs. He saw some kid at camp wearing them. After I explained the expression "over my dead body" to him, I think he understands that he won't be getting the Crocs.
lol..that picture is hilarious. The Crocs are in a big pile for a bonfire, right? Thought so :)

No Bratz reside in our house, nor will they ever. But Hermione the AG doll is a beloved member of the family, at least by my six-year-old. I have to cop to loving the crocs for the kids. But I also have a fondness for big clonky shoes, so I guess they come by it honestly.

We. Love. Crocs. For the kids, that is. Nothing better. Why? Because they don't stink. If I could email you a scratch-n-sniff of my son's Keens (which we love for the function), you would get why Crocs Rule. Is this where I should tell you that I also heart my Uggs??

OH, Uggs. I forgot to include those. I would wear Crocs everyday if the choice was between Uggs and Crocs.
I'm losing friends and should stop writing about what I hate and write about what I love.
What I love: Ambien, my new down pillow, cute writing pads, Hanky Panky's, pencils of almost any kind, blackberry Fresca, and well, Tabb if we're counting bad drinks.

Thank you for a great post. I can't stand Bratz, and don't care for Crocs either. I'm all for being trendy, but wearing plastic shoes is not what I'd do or have my kids do, however trendy it is.
By the way, I used think Dora rocks, she is teaching Spanish and all, but have you seen the new Dora dolls? They Bratzanized Strawberry shortcake first, and now even Dora is bratzanized with a new look.

Bitsy - i think crocs are the ugliest things ever. BUT... i had a surgery done on my back (i broke a disc, have no clue how), my doc said i could either wear crocs or orthopedic shoes... so crocs it was... and MY are the ever so comfortable!!

OK. Liza gets a pass. She had surgery. Crocs are better than orthopedic shoes.
P.S. Does anyone have Fitflops? My friend in Dallas owns a pair and says they really give her a workout.

Every time I'm in Target with my three-year-old, she gravitates to the Bratz, horrid things that they are. I despise them. There is something about them that little girls just love, though. I think they are butt ugly, personally, not to mention sleazy.
Oh, and I love my Hanky Pankies! Did you know you can get them for a song at Nordstrom Rack? I think they were $8.97 there, as opposed to $18 at Nordy's.
